Ventsislav Stoyanov Vragov (Bulgaria) ran backwards up and down a staircase of 10 steps 391 times within one hour on 20 April 2026 at the Apriltsi Memorial in Panagyurishte, Bulgaria. In doing so, he covered 582.59 vertical metres on the ascent and the same distance again on the descent.
